The Walberswick Sea Defence Group is a charitable organisation that has been set up to formulate a long term sustainable solution to the problem of sea defence around the village of Walberswick in Suffolk, with the strongly preferred option being to maintain the existing shingle ridge thereby preserving the village, the marshes and the beach for future generations. The WSDG comprises the current Parish Council as well as members of the Common Lands Charity Trust.
